Marathon is skilled in the selection of appropriate sites for all senior housing types. Consideration is given to location, visibility, access, zoning, height, setbacks and density requirements. Jurisdictional approvals including time from application to approval is also evaluated. Availability of utilities, presence of wetlands, steep slopes, and significant trees will have an impact on the selected site. Marathon has negotiated Hundreds of Million Dollars worth of Purchase and Sale Agreements for clients and would assist the Client in negotiating a senior housing site or existing facility.
