SERVICES: Project Close Out

At project close out Marathon’s scope includes managing punch list items, monitor commissioning of new systems and equipment, coordination and completion of the as-built documents and delivery of the Owners Equipment Manuals. Additionally a project assessment is composed to derive any lessons learned and best practices to be applied to future projects. Project Closeout includes a Post-Implementation Review. The review may start with a survey designed to solicit feedback on the project from the Project Team, Customers, Consumers and other stakeholders. Once feedback has been collected and evaluated, an assessment meeting is conducted to derive best practices and formulate lessons learned to inform future efforts.
