ABOUT US: History

Marathon Development, Inc., originally known as "Marathon Senior Living Services", was founded by Ted Johnson in 1997. At that time, the baby-boomers’ were beginning to retire and the demand for quality senior housing was increase. Ted saw a need to assist clients with making their visions into a reality. Today, Marathon continues to be a full service real estate development and consulting firm.
