Troy Johnson, CSI, CDT | Project Managerager
As Project Manager of Marathon Development, Inc., Troy Johnson directs the activities of a number of diverse projects. During his 18 years in architecture, construction administration and construction project management, Troy Johnson has earned a wealth of experience delivering a diverse range of technical building types – banks, office buildings, educational buildings, condominiums, and shopping centers. He has had direct responsibility for the development of more than 30 building projects representing construction in four states.
As the owner of a small, service oriented studio in Eastern Washington Troy provided local and regional design, construction administration, project development and contract documents services for general contractors, retail owners, private home owners, architects, and developers. His services ranged from design and construction document production to problematic evaluation and correction, budget and cost control audit, and facility due diligence. Troy is also credited with the creation and implementation of the Local Market Design Audit (LMDA) for residential builders and developers in the inland northwest.
As a project manager for Studio Meng Strazzara in Seattle, Washington; Troy was the construction administration specialist on two elementary schools for Highline School District in SeaTac, Washington. His key responsibilities in delivering Madrona Elementary School and Gregory Heights Elementary School were to provide a complete, pro-active, construction administration service on behalf of a high profile client while working directly with the general contractor, consultants, design team members, and jurisdictions to ensure timely and cost effective construction.
During his time at a Spokane based construction and development firm, Troy earned experience as senior project manager on multiple commercial and multi-family construction projects while administrating the daily activities and scheduling of the construction department. He has over ten years experience in construction techniques, project buyout, construction administration, scheduling, planning, contracts, and construction site activities. |
